What happens next

  1. Step 1

    We receive your request

    Your details reach the reception desk straight away, with the department, doctor and date you asked for.

  2. Step 2

    Reception telephones you

    A member of the team calls the mobile number you gave us to agree an exact time, usually the same day during OPD hours.

  3. Step 3

    Your slot is confirmed

    Once you have spoken to us the appointment is fixed. Arrive about ten minutes early and report to the front desk.

A request is not yet a confirmed slot

Submitting this form does not reserve a time. Consultant clinics run to their own rotas and emergencies take priority, so your appointment is fixed only once reception has telephoned you and agreed it. If you have not heard from us by the end of the next working day, please call +91 92381 71911 — do not assume the appointment is booked.

For anything that cannot wait, come straight to casualty or call 0755 351 1422 . The emergency department does not need an appointment.
